Hurigadale Unde/ Fried gram ladoo’s are made from Fried gram/ hurigadale powder, these ladoo's are very tasty at the same time very easy and quick to prepare. If you have all the ingredients, you can make these ladoo's in less than 5 minutes...
I wanted to prepare tambittu (Tambittu is a traditional sweet from the state of Karnataka, which is prepared during Naga panchami festival.)
But I had missed out one major ingredient that is jaggery and all the other ingredients were ready… So, I thought of adding sugar instead of jaggery.
I dint want to make sugar syrup…one string consistency etc…I wanted it to be easy and quick, one of my friend had called me and as I was talking to her she gave me the idea of adding sugar powder and making ladoo’s … And this is how this recipe was discovered.
Without wasting time let's get started...
